For generations, Webb Plumbing, Heating & Electrical has served customers with skilled workmanship, practical solutions, and a commitment to the communities of East Tennessee.
Built on experience
More than a business, Webb Plumbing, Heating & Electrical is a family legacy—built to serve our community for generations to come.
Rooted in East Tennessee since 1948.
For more than 75 years, Webb Plumbing, Heating & Electrical has been built on family, hard work, and a commitment to serving the local community.
Founded by J.W. “Jay” Webb in 1948 as a plumbing business, the company expanded over the years to include heating, air conditioning, and electrical services. What began with a single employee grew into a thriving family business with dozens of employees and a reputation for dependable service.
In 1984, after 36 years in business, Jay Webb passed the company to his son, Mickey Webb, and son-in-law, Bill Vicars. Together with their families and employees, they carried forward the values Jay established from the very beginning: treating people with kindness, working hard, and taking pride in serving their community.
The company has continued to grow while remaining family-owned and operated. Today, owned and operated by Jayson and Tom Vicars, Webb PHE represents three generations working together, continuing a tradition of craftsmanship, integrity, and personal service.
